At Underground Figures, it is our goal to provide our customers with top-tier service and deliver products in a way that works best for you. Depending on your needs, our pre-order policy is designed with the customer in mind to keep ordering as easy as possible.

We base our orders on the volume of pre-order requests we receive from customers, making them an important part of our business. While most other companies require a deposit on pre-orders, if not paying in full, we offer deposit-free pre-orders for your convenience. We happily take this risk for our customers, but it is a risk that makes our pre-order policy a privilege, rather than an unlimited guarantee.

How to place a "no deposit" pre-order

In order to place a "no deposit" pre-order request with us, you must first make an account on our website. The required information for an account includes contact and shipping information, to streamline the process of sending out invoices once the product is made available, and getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once you have an account with us, please email undergroundfigures@outlook.com with the name and product number of the item you would like to pre-order. It’s as simple as that.

Cancellations

Life happens, and sometimes orders need to be canceled. However, if you have a limited purchase history with us, and over 25% of your order history are pre-orders that have been canceled, you may lose the privilege to place no-deposit pre-orders.

Special orders

If there is a product you are looking for that we don’t carry, we may still be able to get it for you. Simply send us an email explaining what you are looking for, and we will see what we can do for you. Please note, these types of orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
